Light Stream
was designed as a polyptych in
four pieces to fit on the doors of
an oak entertainment cabinet.  
The front image enlivens what
would otherwise be a plain-front
cabinet offering a piece of fine art
that can also function as fine
furniture.  When open, the inside
of the doors offers a less
distracting, yet conceptually
continuous image.  The piece was
commissioned for a private
collection in Tampa, FL
Desert Seas
was designed to give
interest to a support wall
next to a stairway.  The
homeowner then chose to
paint the walls to
coordinate with the color
in the painting.  The piece
was commissioned for a
private collection in
Empire, Colorado.  The
image is a melding of
images Colorado and
Florida, incorporating the
environments of where it
was made and where it is
installed.
